The Guest have time to speak and presented their ideas and works, but the conversation didn’t really explose between them, Ellen managed well to keep going in with questions, and time runs very fast! We didn’t have enough minutes to speak about all the subjetcs…

Anyway the final was a dialogue between women and men just before the Vinyl blows his sound into Ständehaus and people start to dance toghether!

An Interview with T and L Guardians and Security for the Klau Mich Show by Dora Garcia.

Tabu: Does the set of the talk show give you any associations or remind of you anything?

L: [The set reminds me of] the 1970’s with the chairs that were once modern in that time that are now being used as new again.

T: Without the chairs, the carpet and the Klau Mich sign it looks like marketing or advertising for Ikea.

Tabu: Do you think Ikea took style designs from 1970’s talk shows?

Torsten: No, I don’t think so.

Tabu: What is the place of a TV talk show today? Do you watch TV and if so what kind of shows?

Torsten: I like to watch documentaries, and films. No talk shows. In Germany, I don’t like talk shows they are all so fake. In television, fakeness is not interesting, while it is interesting in this context of art. I like Documentaries because they aren’t fake.

Tabu: The talk for this upcoming show is about Sexual emancipation of women and the memories of national socialism and the Holocaust.

Do you think sex can be used politically, or can it ever be a military weapon?

Torsten: nein, jeder mensch ist verschieden. sex is keine macht fur politik oder krieg.

Tabu: but what about rape?

Torsten: wenn krieg ist, vergewaltigen die männer die frauen, dass ist eine ander sache als das militaire es sieht.

Do you consider yourself a feminist?

Torsten: Nein, ich bin ein familien Vater.

Tabu: Dass ist nich ein feminist, warum nicht? was bedeute Feminist fur dich?

Torsten: Hard, very hard to say. I live in here and now. Mir ist es igal oder denken. Dass ist nicht fur mich für sagen ich bin kein dinge.

Tabu: That I understand well, but for me it is how you live.

Torsten: Ohne frauen keine welt. If I believed that women were lower then men that I wouldn’t be married or have kids.

Tabu: Is feminism something important, necessary, here in Germany or perhaps more urgent in other countries?

Torsten: In andere landern, fur allen dingen im Islam, muss eine gleichberichtigung geben. Frauen mussen kochen, mussen kinder kriegen, und zuhause bleiben. Deutschland ist gleichberechtigung.

Tabu: Thanks!

He receveid a shirt but this currency wasn’t the right value. Coin altough to be money also produce sound and that was the point. Make noise with money, to do an “Augenblick” at Cabaret Movie, with Liza Minelli.

For the show about money, chaosium was in stage, forming a Cluster around the guest and Ellen, some people of the visitors audience were upgrade in semi-professional audience on the sits near the scene.

Tabu also want to thank a little group of Geneva Students who came all Klau Mich Show Since the beginning of dOCUMENTA 13. Even thes don’t speak German they stayed in the audience and managed always to find somebody whom translate them German to English.

In Die Klau Mich Show we are not afraid to have manies Tabus! More we are and best it is!

Yesterday was the week 6, rehearsal, theater chausium, Tabu, Dora couldn’t be with us physically but she was keep an eye on Standehouse movements from the web cam.

Have the professional audience on stage is dynamic, ideas grows up faster and one Tabu had a lot of propositions!

today there’is not rehearsal but people can see the stage, speak with Tabu and push thought so far as possible!

Tomorrow everybody is back, working toghether and preparing all the best for friday show.

The Show is only the top of the Iceberg, be or Titanic and come to crash in Standen Haus!
